The Caffaratti Urology Institute, medical excellence with more than three decades of experience in urological treatments. Our story begins with Dr. Hugo Caffarati, a professional with more than 35 years of dedication in Andorra. His training, carried out at the prestigious Puigvert Foundation in Barcelona, has given him a deep knowledge and an great passion for urology.
In 2016, his brother Dr. Jorge Caffaratti, a specialist in urology, came to Andorra, adding his experience and specialisation to the urological field. However, it was not until 2019 that the vision of the Caffaratti Urology Institute emerged, both brothers created a comprehensive centre addressing all medical needs related to urology, nephrology, andrology and pelvic physiotherapy. In addition, during this period, Dr. Jorge Caffaratti got specialised in paediatric urology, offering specialised care to younger patients.
It is important to mention that Dr. Jorge Caffarati gained valuable experience during formative stays at Harvard Medical School’s Children’s Hospital between 1998 and 2000. The combination of Dr. Hugo’s experience and Dr. Jorge’s specialisation laid the foundations for the creation of the Caffaratti Urology Institute.
In 2019, Dr Brecullè joined as a nephrologist, bringing her expertise in the management of renal diseases. Subsequently, in 2020, the addition of physiotherapist Marta further strengthened our multidisciplinary team.
